There could be a few reasons for why you can't see your GoCube in the Pair GoCube screen:
- Your GoCube is not close enough to your mobile.
- The cube is not charged.
- Bluetooth and location services might be off. Turn them both on, then click “Rescan”.
If you still don’t see it, follow these steps to make a factory reset:
1) Connect your GoCube to the app while the charging cable is plugged into your GoCube.
2) Access the Hamburger menu in the top left corner of your screen.
3) Tap on 'Load Cube State.'
4) Select 'Advanced' on the top right corner of your screen.
5) Tap on 'Factory Reset.'
6) Tap on the 'Factory Reset' button.
